Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations:
Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Payment: Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
2. Rates:
Inclusions: Rates include accommodation, specified meals (e.g., breakfast and dinner), and might include other services like airport transfers based on the package selected.
Exclusions: Excludes personal expenses, additional meals, mini-bar, spa treatments, and activities not mentioned as included.
Currency: Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Guest:
More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage].
31-60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Within 30 days of arrival: No refund, but the booking can be postponed within 12 months from the original arrival date subject to availability.
4. Amendments:
Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and might incur a fee. Changes to the number of guests, room type, or travel dates must be made in writing.
5. No-Shows and Early Departures:
No-shows or early departures will be charged in full unless covered by travel insurance or force majeure.
6. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: From 14:00 hours on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: Until 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and might incur additional charges.
7. Children and Extra Beds:
